A finer laser beam creates double the level of detail in engravings and offers more control over shading.

Kerf is the width of material that the laser removes while cutting. The 10w unit has a kerf less than half the width of the original laser.

DESIGNED FOR EASY CLEANING
No need to remove the lens for cleaning. We have designed a removable quartz cap that protects the lens from debris and makes cleaning a breeze. Never touching the lens will extend its life and keep performance optimal.
PLUG & PLAY
The 10watt laser unit plugs directly into any Emblaser 2 or Emblaser Core.
All mounting brackets and tools are provided to make the installation as simple as possible.

Emblaser 2 Serial Number after E2-02910
Emblaser 2 machines with serial numbers higher than E2-02910 already contain the revised OD7+ rated lid. These machines can accomodate the 10watt laser unit with no changes.
Emblaser 2 Serial Number before E2-02910
Customers need to order and install a revised lid (OD7+ rating) in order to maintain a ‘Class 1’ laser rating and prevent potential eye injury when using the 10W laser module.
