Information for technical support

Having problems is never fun. Including the following information with your support request will help ensure a quick resolution:

  • What type of Emblaser are you having a problem with?
  • What is the machine serial number?
  • What operating system are you using?
  • Describe the problem you are having clearly. More information is better than less.
  • Are you able to include photos or a short video of the problem?
  • Are any error messages presented?
  • If you have a software problem, what version of LightBurn are you using?
  • Are you able to attach a LightBurn file that demonstrated the problem?
